Working with me
It is very important to me that your investment in an Ayurvedic program has a great return for you with obvious measurable positive health outcomes. The most effective way to guarantee this is for you and me to work together over a number of sessions seeing each other (in person, or via zoom) consistently with a regular cadence. I prefer to work with clients on a continual basis over multiple sessions. I want you to get the most out of your custom-designed Ayurvedic health plan, maximizing your chances of success.

We begin with an extensive intake session that usually lasts ~2 hours. Assessing:

This first session will provide me with a deep understanding of any current imbalances. The next step for me is to develop a rebalancing healing plan that will be laid out for you in the follow-up session.
